The image quality will be dependent on your specified slideshow height in the sidebar menu. That is, if the image is less than the entered height, it'll get stretched-out & pixelated.
warning The perceived image quality will also be reliant on your visitor's viewing-device (laptop, tablet, smartphones, ...) since AwesomeTable uses the responsive grid system.
Here is a live demo comparing the same images in two different slideshow. The first uses the images in its original size and the second works with images reduced to 40%.
info Tips:
1) Not using large images is extremely important as these would load very slowly for users with slower connections or those on mobile-data access. We need to remember that the goal of a Slideshow is not to display high-resolution images - but to display a series of images that loops continuously.

2) We recommend using images no wider than 1024px.
3) The size needs to be specified when using images stored on Google Drive, OneDrive or Sharepoint.
For example: https://drive.google.com/thumbnail?id={{Photo URL}}&sz=w720-h480
Where the specified image is set to 720 x 480 pixels.
