Issue

The images I used on my app (from imgur) are timing out (displaying as broken links or blanks). They work for a while but disappear after a couple of days. I double-checked to make sure the image URLs are correct, but they are still disappearing. How can I make the imgur images appear permanently?

Explanation

This is a known issue and is purely originating from imgur's side. According to imgur:

We allow hotlinking on forums, but hotlinked images cannot be used as content for a website, including blog posts, avatars, site elements, and advertising. You can read our terms of service for more info.

Recommendation

We suggest using other image-hosting sites (or your own website) that allow hotlinking for your images. You can try GitHub or Weebly. An alternative is to store your images on Google Drive and retrieve them manually or via our Photo Gallery add-on. Click here to learn how.
