To manage your subscription, first access the billing page.
warning If your billing and subscription screen don't appear to exist in your account, it's probably because your subscription is under an old pricing model. In that case, we suggest contacting our support team so they can give you further assistance.
Manage your plans
Upgrade your plans
To buy additional apps:
1. Click Manage subscription.
2. Click the add button next to the app tier for which you want to buy additional apps.
3. Check the amount that will be billed to your account.
4. Click Save.
done That's it! Your plans have been added to your account.

Downgrade your licenses
To reduce the number of licenses available in an app tier:
1. Click Manage subscription.
2. Click the minus button next to the app tier you want to downgrade.
3. Click Save.
done That's it! Your apps remain active until the next payment. A banner appears, indicating that the downgrade will be effective from the next payment date.
Tip: Click Cancel downgrade if you want to delete this action. All your licenses will be renewed automatically after the date of your purchase.

Consult your payment history
Click Payment history.
At the bottom of the page you can check your payment history.
Check your usage report
Click Usage report.
A new page opens. Check your usage report.
