    Hello,

Could you create a ticket giving us the edit rights for your spreadsheet at "support@awesome-table.com"?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

Are you able to reproduce this issue with another spreadsheet?

Another spreadsheet does reproduce the same issue.

It appears to be an issue with the add-on as all sheets are affected by it. We can't share the actual spreadsheet as it has sensitive information on it.

    Hello Jwilliamson,

It's really strange because I made a test and it worked perfectly.

Could you try with a new sheet and make a new try, please? Actually, the Photo Gallery add-on can be very long if you have a lot of pictures to list.

    Thank you.

The Photo Gallery add-on works with your test photo album, but still won't load my test Google Photos album of just 9 photos. It worked fine a few weeks ago.

Same issue. Existing albums and spreadsheets do not update. Creating a new spreadsheet does not work either.

I've tried signing out all Google accounts, using an incognito window. I've tried Firefox, Chrome, Safari on Windows 7, windows 10 and MacOS. No results. Please help or fix this?

Thanks for reporting this issue, everyone.

Findings: After performing tests, I was able to replicate the same issue all of you have reported (Photos listing loop). I observed that this only happens when selecting the Google Photos (Photo albums) as the source (but not the Google Drive option where it runs normally).

Conclusion: @Nicolas & @Thomas, all symptoms and test results point to Google Photos (Photo albums) as the root cause (an update from Google, perhaps?). This happens even if the Google Photo Album is shared publicly.

Recommendation: Hoping that this gets investigated further so we can implement a solution forthwith. Thanks.

@Jaco, thanks for the useful information! Those helped a lot in narrowing down the likely culprit.

@Randolph: same finding! It works with images stored in a folder in Drive!

Still no luck with any setting on a Google Photos album.

Edit update: though the spreadsheet updates now and does find photo's in the Drive folder I point to, the photo's are not shown. I have shared all the images in the folder public.

    Hi @Jaco

Please create a new post for your follow up below so we can troubleshoot independently from the main issue discussed here.

Edit update: though the spreadsheet updates now and does find photo's in the Drive folder I point to, the photo's are not shown. I have shared all the images in the folder public.

To speed up the process, please include these in your new post:

    • AwesomeTable link - Share with us your AwesomeTable & Google Sheets datasource so we can pinpoint where the problem is and provide the right solution at the soonest possible time. Detailed instructions here.

    • Google Sheets datasource - It's best to set the sharing settings to Anyone with the link. Click here to learn more.
