Why is there wasted gray space on my view and it isn’t spanning 100% on my browser?

Can you explain this in layman's terms?

Is there a CSS line I can use in sheets to fix this view / is this a browser setting?

I love that everyone likes to answer a question with technical information assuming they know what is being talked about. XD

    Hello Brandon Carraway,

Actually, it depends on the CMS or the website you use. For example, if you use a WordPress website or a Weebly website, the width won't be the same because the default settings used in the initial CSS code is specific to each website.

So, this setting concerns the type of website you use.

    Thank you for your understanding.

So, what I gathered and how I understand it is this:

The only way you can effectively change the width of the table is to paste the 'share' code into the user's own website HTML code to display the table. Using the table view hosted by Awesome Table does not allow for modifying the table width.

I have confirmed this by pasting the 'share' code into my own HTML file, and I can in-fact change the table width.

    Thank you!

    Hello Brandon,

Indeed, you will be able to change the width once your view will be embedded in the HTML of your website.

    Kind regards.
